Shipping and Terms and Conditions

POSTAGE: Domestic orders are sent via Australia Post. You have the option to choose standard or express shipping at check out. Orders in Australia of $60 and above receive FREE express shipping. International orders are sent via Australia Post and are set to standard shipping only. 

Postage time frames may vary depending on your location and public holidays. Please refer to the Australia Post website for an update on any expected delays. 

Gumnut design is not responsible for any lost packages so please ensure you enter your correct address when purchasing. If a tracked package is showing as "delivered" but you are unable to locate it please reach out to Australia Post.  

PROCESSING: Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of receiving an order. 

PACKAGING: Where possible, recycled products are used to reduce our impact on the environment, such as using recycled bubble wraps and shredded paper. 

Earrings are presented on a branded card and then packaged in cardboard boxes with tissue paper for added protection.

GIFTS: If your purchase is a gift please ensure the correct shipping address for that person and leave a note at checkout that the item is a gift. I will ensure it is wrapped up beautifully for that special someone. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS: We do not accept returns or refunds based on change of mind.
The earrings are handmade from polymer clay and therefore each product varies from the next. Some small imperfections may occur such as teeny bubbles in the clay, slight variances in colour or small marks that do not affect the functionality of the piece. Returns will not be accepted on the basis of these small and expected differences.  
If your item arrives damaged please take a photo of the damaged product and contact me ASAP via info@gumnutdesignstore.com. If your item is proven to be faulty, I will have you post the item back to us at your own cost. After you have returned the item with your proof of purchase, you can receive a refund or exchange the item (excluding postage costs) to its equivalent value. 

Gumnut design will not exchange or refund an item that has been damaged after purchase from misuse, accident or alteration.

CHANGES TO SHIPPING AND RETURNS: Gumnut design reserves the right to modify our policy at any given time. Any changes to our policy will be posted on this page. We recommended that you check this page before each purchase you make.

SUPPORTING SMALL BUSINESS: By shopping with Gumnut design you are supporting an ethical small business. Our scraps of clay are mixed together to create new colours, with none going in the bin. 

WHOLESALE AND STOCKISTS: If you are interested in placing a wholesale order or stocking our earrings please reach out via info@gumnutdesignstore.com or our Contact page. I love to collaborate with others. 

Wholesale orders are not eligible for percentage based sales in addition to the special wholesale percentage rate. Wholesalers may however purchase as many products as they like from the Sale section of the website.
